The first European Congress of the profession organized by CLGE, Geometer Europas and the French hosting OGE (Ordre des Géomètres-Experts) resulted in the signature of three recommendations and one engagement. The three recommendations are related to the three themes of the congress: technique, law and consumer relations. The Engagement is to pursue the European effort to organize similar events every two years. The next is planned in Bucharest, in 2010.
