With deep regret, we have to announce that our trusted Colleague and genial Friend, Volkmar Teetzmann, has passed away after a long and difficult struggle against illness.

He was a long time serving and leading champion of the profession, 9 years BDVI President, Member of the Board of Geometer Europas and initiator of its integration with CLGE, CLGE Vice-president and finally CLGE Honorary Member.

We express our sincere condolences to his grieving Wife, Barbara, his Children and Grandchildren.

A great man and great friend has left us.
