The 2026 CLGE European Surveyors’ Day photo competition concluded at our General Assembly in Tartu (EE), and we warmly congratulate our winners who are revealed below.

We are also excited to announce that the CLGE General Assembly in Tartu (EE) voted to go global and the photo competition will be open to the whole world from 2027. Check back on this site next March for the next edition.

🥈 2nd Place – Marijke Decleer (BE), Rotterdam Netherlands

Surveying at the BAAN Tower in the centrum. From the city Rotterdam (NL). It’s a high-rise tower from 150m high. Ready for start setting out all installations on the floor level 26 before pouring.”

🥉 Joint 3rd Place – Laura Beccera (CO), Saba, BES Islands, Netherlands

On Saba we measured a resident’s land for his property process, enjoying views of The Bottom’s houses and Mount Scenery, the highest point in the Kingdom of the Netherlands. It is a dormant volcano.

🥉 Joint 3rd Place – Olga Saez Arnau (ES), Valencia, Spain

Public infrastructure construction supervision for ministry. Reconstruction works after the floods in Valencia in 2024. The old bridge in the image remained intact, we just had to fix the ‘upgrade’.”

🥉 Joint 3rd Place – Ivan Prodanets (UA), Solotvyno, Ukraine

High-precision leveling carried out in the Solotvyno area near the abandoned salt mine building. The geodetic survey aims to detect the development of karst sinkholes caused by flooding of the mines.”
