The Global Surveyors’ Day 2026 Celebratory Event will take place on Friday, 20 March.

The fixed date of the Global Surveyors’ Day is the 21 March each year. In 2026 this date falls on a Saturday. Therefore the annual online Celebratory Event to mark the occasion and unveil the Global Surveyor of the Year 2026 will instead be held one day before.

The 2026 Celebratory Event will be hosted by our friends and colleagues from the South African Geomatics Institute (SAGI) and the Commonwealth Association of Surveying and Land Economy (CASLE), currently leading the Forum of Regional Bodies (FoRB).
