The Rome presentations are available now!

Most of the presentation we’ve had in Rome, during the CLGE autumn General Assembly are available now. If you go to the Documents section and choose those related to special events, you will find them easily (or follow this link). Hereafter, you’ll find the initial announcements. The Agenda of the next CLGE General Assembly in Rome, 11 – 12 September 2009, is now available online. The GA will be historic for many reasons.

Since March 2009, all the EU member states + Norway and Switzerland are principal members of CLGE. For the first time, Croatia and Turkey will participate in a CLGE General Assembly and the Russian Federation could become principal member at the same occasion.

The other highlights of the GA will be:

• • a presentation of the Henssler II study (Impact of the EU Directives on the profession) by one of its authors, Prof. Dr. Martin Henssler;

• the adoption of the Code of Conduct for European Surveyors with a presentation by Prof. Dr. Frances Plimmer and its solemn signature by the Presidents of CLGE, Geometer Europas and CNG.

Finally, CLGE is pleased to announce that it will host a meeting of the Union of Mediterranean Surveyors.
