| Description | The National Cadastre and Land Registry Agency (ANCPI) grants the right of surveying to authorized surveyors. The authorization procedure is described in Order 107/2010 of the ANCPI Director. The right to exercise the profession is given in the field of geodesy, topography, cadastre, photogrammetry and engineering topography. A licensed surveyor can open an individual office, but can also work for the state or within a specialized company. He can join professional associations at national or local level. He is not obliged to be part of such an organization. The executed works are signed by the authorized person. Most works are verified by ANCPI or by county organizations that are subordinate to ANCPI. If the works do not correspond, they are returned to the executor for redoing. |

With the license for the responsible designer of the geodetic projects the authorization to conduct all kinds of the geodetic projects is acquired, and with the license for the responsible contractor of the geodetic works the authorization to perform all kinds of the geodetic works. |
