Procedure Description | - | Citizens of an EU/EEA country and Switzerland are allowed to provide cross border services occasionally and temporarily without any registration if they are authorized to practice and are established as Chartered Engineering Consultants for Surveying in an EU/EEA Member country or Switzerland. They are obliged to give their clients the following information before providing the service: Register and identification number in this register; name and address of the responsible controlling authority in the country of establishment; their professional body or similar organisation; professional title / formal qualification; UID Number, details about insurance protection concerning professional liability. For establishment it is necessary to apply for authorization at the regional Chamber of the area in which he/she wants to get established. The authorization is awarded by the Federal Minister. Requirements for application are the evidence of nationality, a proof of authorisation to practice by country of origin, evidence of reliability, non-bankruptcy and non-violation of code of ethics / code of conduct by the responsible authorities in the country of origin (not older than three months). The authorization will be awarded if the professional qualification is equivalent (Art. 11 lit e Directive 2005/36/EG). If the applicant’s qualification is not seen as equivalent this can be equalized by a training course with a duration of up to 2 years or verbal aptitude test. | - | - | - | - | - | - | By the Certification giving the certain demands will exist for the educational basis. Continuing Professional Development. | The recognition of professional qualifications laid down in Directive 2005/36/EC enables the free movement of professionals such as doctors or architects within the EU. Directive 2005/36/EC applies in general to regulated professions unless otherwise stated. Similarly, the recognition is necessary if a person has acquired qualifications in Poland and intends to work in another Member State, in a profession that is regulated there. Request for the recognition of professional qualifications with relevant attachments must be submitted to the institution which is the competent authority in matters of the recognition of qualifications to practice a regulated profession. The decision on the recognition of professional qualifications should be delivered within three months from the date on which the full dossier was provided. In each Member State there is Centre, which provides information on whether the profession is regulated in the country legally and, if necessary, address to the competent authority in matters of recognition of qualifications in this profession. Polish Information Centre for Professional Recognition is the Ministry of Science and Higher Education - Department of Supervision and Organization of Higher Education. | - | - | (1) Geodetic license of the first order acquired by a geodetic expert with Master Academic Studies, specialist academic studies, or Bachelor studies in a period of at least four years (minimum 240 credits), passed the professional exam prescribed for this education and work experience of at least five years in the geodetic profession, for at least two years with this education. (2 Geodetic license of the second order acquired by a geodetic expert with a Bachelor academic studies, Bachelor applied studies, or with studies lasting up to three years, passed the state professional examination prescribed for this education and a work experience of at least three years in the geodetic profession, of which at least one year with that education. (3) Geodetic license of second order by the person of the geodetic profession with master academic studies, Bachelor academic studies, or Bachelor studies in a period of at least four years in accordance with the regulations that were valid until the date of entry into force of the Law on Higher Education, specialized professional studies in the total for a minimum of four years (minimum 240 credits) passed professional exam prescribed for that education and work experience of at least one year with that education. | Order no. 107/2010 of the ANCPI for the approval of the Regulation regarding the authorization and recognition of the authorization of individual and legal persons in order to carry out and verify specialized works in the field of cadastre, geodesy and cartography on the territory of Romania. Article 7 provides the documents necessary to obtain the authorization for citizens all EU and EEA member states + Switzerland. Gesuch um Eintragung Das Gesuch um Eintragung in das Geometerregister ist an die Geometerkommission zu richten. A credential evaluation may be useful for you, in which case you should contact the Information Centre for Credential Evaluation (IcDW) in Zoetermeer, the Netherlands. A credential evaluation is a written statement which indicates how foreign diplomas and study programmes are valued in the Netherlands. Sometimes, it is possible to make a specific comparison with Dutch educational programmes. Sometimes only a general comparison can be made because there are too many differences between the educational programmes. Regulated professions may only be practised with the permission of a competent authority (see Dienst Uitvoering Onderwijs). Access is regulated by law. A competent authority has been designated for each regulated profession. The authority decides whether you may practise the profession concerned in the Netherlands.
