Croatian Earthquake – appeal for support

Several of our colleagues are still suffering following the earthquake that struck central Croatia, in December 2020.

The Croatian Chamber of Geodetic Engineers has already responded and provided some financial relief to meet the immediate needs of our colleagues, but they have requested further support from CLGE. We are responding positively and our main objective is to help our colleagues to resume their business as fast as possible and to improve their working conditions.

We have created a solidarity fund that will be used solely to cover the expenses for this and similar disasters. We would like to please ask for your support.

You can help in a number of ways: your association can donate an amount, your association can invite its members to contribute and you can also make a personal donation.  We have prepared a donation form that you can use and also forward to others.

Our goal is to reach a target of €20.000, hopefully more.

Our main Sponsor, Leica Geosystems, has already pledged to support our action with equipment, and we are very grateful for this!

On behalf of our Croatian colleagues, we thank you in advance for your support and count on your generosity.
