CLGE launches the Young Surveyor’s Contest 2023

In January 2023 we launch the 11th Edition of our annual Young Surveyor’s Contest. As the Contest is very inclusive, we are looking forward to entries from young surveyors or students active across the whole of Europe. A basis for your entry could be a Bachelor, or Masters, or PhD thesis or a published paper or simply a project or an idea in our field of activities.

Since last year we have changed the name to the CLGE Young Surveyors’ Contest and we have simplified the entry rules to a single, easy to read page. And it is not necessary anymore to write a long application in English. Please use the application form provided by CLGE in Microsoft Word document format to describe your work in 1000 words.

If you have any hesitations about entering, please read some of testimonies from former winners of CLGE contest to hear their thoughts and experience. We call them CLGE Contest Ambassadors to encourage new participants to go for it. And during this year’s submission period you will hear some more testimonies from our latest Ambassadors.

The Awarding Ceremony of the Contest will be held during INTERGEO 2023 in Berlin (10th to 12th October 2023).

The social media hashtag is #CLGEYoungSurveyorsContest
