CLGE launches the Young Surveyors’ Contest 2024

We are delighted to launch the annual CLGE Young Surveyors’ Contest, as usual at the beginning of each year, and this year marks our 12th edition.

The Contest is very inclusive and we are inviting young surveyors or students active anywhere in Europe to take part. The basis for your Application could be a Bachelor or Master theses, a PhD paper or simply a project or an idea in our field of activities.

Since 2023 we have changed the name to the ‘CLGE Young Surveyors’ Contest’. We have simplified the Rules of Entry to a single, easy to read page and shortened the application form. Please use this Application Form, provided by CLGE in Microsoft Word document format, to describe your work in 1,000 words.

We encourage you to read the testimonies of former winners of the CLGE Contest to hear about their thoughts and positive experience. We call them CLGE Contest Ambassadors whose role is to encourage new participants to go for it! During this year’s submission period you will see more testimonies from our latest Ambassadors, so please look out for these over the coming months.

The Awarding Ceremony of the Contest will be held during INTERGEO 2024 in Stuttgart (DE) which takes place from 24 to 26 September 2024.

The social media hashtag is #CLGEYoungSurveyorsContest
